1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bathroom Renovation Cost Estimator ("the Tool") provided by Style Builders Construction LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

2. Description of Service

The Tool provides rough cost estimates for bathroom renovation projects based on user inputs, regional averages, and general industry pricing data. The Tool is designed for informational and planning purposes only.

3. Estimate Disclaimer

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SECTION. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

The cost estimates provided by this Tool are rough estimates only. They are not quotes, bids, proposals, contracts, or guarantees of actual renovation costs. Actual project costs may vary significantly based on:

  • Specific site conditions and structural requirements
  • Actual material selections, brands, and availability
  • Individual contractor labor rates and scheduling
  • Local permit requirements and inspection fees
  • Unforeseen conditions discovered during renovation
  • Changes in material prices or supply chain conditions
  • Regional variations not fully captured by the Tool

You acknowledge and agree that Style Builders Construction LLC assumes no liability whatsoever for any financial decisions made based on these estimates. For accurate project pricing, you should always obtain written quotes from licensed contractors who have physically inspected your space.

4. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Tool for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract pricing data from the Tool
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Tool
  • Misrepresent estimates from this Tool as formal quotes or professional appraisals
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Tool

6. Intellectual Property

The Tool, including its design, code, pricing models, content, and branding, is the property of Style Builders Construction LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Paid Features

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and tier details are presented at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLE BUILDERS CONSTRUCTION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE TOOL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON ESTIMATES PROVIDED BY THE TOOL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE TOOL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF ESTIMATES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Style Builders Construction LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Tool or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada County, California.
